Worldwide Shipping
We are committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delays due to adverse weather conditions, carrier issues, or address errors are beyond our control. Please note that our estimated delivery time does not account for the time it takes for international orders to clear local customs. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Shipping times may vary, but most orders are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. After shipping, we estimate that you will receive your order within 7-10 business days.
 
Loose Diamond Orders: Typically ship 5 to 10 days after the order date.
Custom Items: Usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks of the order date.
Please note that all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Orders totaling $500 or more: Free shipping.
Orders totaling $1-$499: Shipping cost of $35.
 
By DHL:
All orders: Shipping cost of $35.

  1. How do I place an order if I’m shipping to a destination outside the US?
Select the country where your order will be shipped, which will automatically update the currency in which prices are displayed. At checkout, you'll see local payment methods and any additional taxes due. You also have the option to change the language at checkout.
 
  1. What currency do you use?
When you select a shipping country, we will display prices and accept payments in your local currency. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout. Please note that LGG is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank.
 
  1. How can I track my international order?

  1. Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
