Each item is meticulously checked and examined by our in-house GIA graduate gemologist before being shipped to you. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer with you a 7 days returns or exchanges policy.

 

 

Contact Us First: 

1. Please contact us via email at info@lggjewelry.com before sending the

items back.

2. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required, and we will not accept

any returns without an RAN.

 

Original Condition: 

1.Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and include the original certificate of authenticity and warranty card.

 

Return Timeline: 

1. The 7 daysperiod begins on the day the package was signed for. 
2. Items must be sent back to us within 7 days from the day received the RAN.

 

Shipping Requirements: 

1. Items must be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation.
2. The buyer is fully responsible if the return is lost or damaged during transit.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. The customer will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

All custom-made orders are final sale and non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

 

Note: 

A custom and/or specially made jewelry order is defined as any orders for

which a new CAD design has been confirmed by the customer.

 

LGG reserves the right to negate the terms of this return policy if there is evidence of fraud or wrongdoing.

 

This policy is effective for all new orders placed on or after 08/31/2024.
